Davido’s AGT Album Has Surpassed 1 Billion Streams On All Platforms

According to Sony, Davido’s “AGoodTime” album has just surpassed 1 billion streams.

The album “A GOOD TIME” by Davido is the first Nigerian album to reach 1 Billion Views on Major Platforms. 

Here is the breakdown:

Youtube – 486 million

Spotify – 156 million 

Audiomack – 78 million 

Apple Music – 290 million

Total – 1,010,000,000 views. 

Davido is no doubt one of the Kings of Afrobeats.

Davido is the first and only African artist that has a solo song certified Riaa Gold in USA, he is also the first and only African artist that has a solo song certified gold in Canada. 

This young man is really amazing and the evidence of his hardwork is showing, not just in Nigeria or Africa, but also international.

There are types of people the Nigeria music industry don’t need. You don’t have to shame any one while praising another. You could easily acknowledge Davido’s accomplishment without bringing wizkid into the discussion.

They are both stars and we wish them well.
